Guess we all have some great memories from that evening/night. I totally missed the BAP ceremony but, I would have loved to document the feelings/reactions.
I arrived late, had too many beers/brandy on an empty stomac, sat down and finished a plate of : "if you can eat this ass kicking strong chilli dish you'll get it for free and we will post your picture on the wall".
Short after I went outside and tried to capture a few runs and some athmosphere. I had almos no battery left on any of my cameras, but managed to film enough to make this production, though it meant that the players only had few tries to get some god runs.

Yes Ken...perhaps I will make a Worlds party video in time. 
I do have a few shots from that night, but I'm not sure about the quality. I was everything but sober and out of battery. The story with the chilli dish would have been hard to document on video. I stumbled through the restaurant/bar and found my self in front of a long table with 12 finish net players/friends eating Mexican food. I stopped because I encountered a toy horse with a sign that said “Go Matti”. It was placed at the end of the table in front of an empty seat . When I asked, I was told that Matti Pohjola had ordered this crazy chilli dish and had been seen running to the restroom after a few bites only. Since he was completely out of the picture and Mads sounds almost like Matti, I asked if I could sit down and finish his meal. They laughed at me and said yes off course. I'm a sucker for ass kicking strong food so I sat down and finished the meal no big deal. During my excellent dinner two of the danish players stopped by my table and had a bite each. One of them instantly threw up on the floor in the restaurant. My only regret was I didn’t get my picture on the wall because didn't order my own dish.
