Footbag Weight

ok, so i got home from college, and my house has a nice 3 level scale, down to tenths of grams, so i figure this is the time when i should start getting specific on the weights of my bags. i will be focused on making some hot bags for freestyle, so i was wondering what a good weight was to start off on.

any other help on filler would also be appreciated. i think i want to move away from sand and aquarium rocks, recommendations?

are there different styles of plastic fill? i seem to like the different sizes to help stuff settle... also, the reason i liked aquarium rocks was that they were odd shapes, and together with smaller fill, they locked the bag in place when it sat down, feels nice

so what i want is randomly shaped plastic fill, with a heavy smaller fill to link it together as it settles on the foot
