I'll start this off by telling you about myself and footbag. Over a year ago one of my friends got into footbag, and he caught my intrest. I always liked to kick the bag around, but I never really got into it. Just recently(about a week or two ago), I started to get into footbag. I got my first pair of lavers yesterday. So far, I can do toe stalls on both sides, atw's on both sides, legover on both sides, and today i just hit far legover. I'm still working on clippers. I can hit a right clipper occasionally, but I haven't nailed a left clipper yet. I hope I can stay with footbag and keep practicing, and eventually play at a high level. That's all for now.

My game has improved somewhat. Basicly I can hit everything that I said before, but it's all becoming more dialed now. I still need to work on my flipside though

I've landed a few left clippers. I can get more consec. kicks now. I hit pixie legover yesterday. I'm still working on DLO, but pretty close. I'm working on symp Mirage. I think I hit it once or twice, but it was pretty sketchy. I wouldn't even count it. I'm also trying to land mirage on my flip.

I wonder why there's no edit feature.

In my last post I also meant to include that I can do consec clippers on my right. I've gotten about 5.

Consec right clippers are ok, but I haven't gotten em on my left yet...

As justin pointed out, we had a great session today. Alot of things clicked for me today... like flip clippers, flip mirages, flip pickups... My strong side butterflys are getting better, and I came kinda close to hitting one on my flipside. I was pretty content with my shred today. Everyone did well.

Another pretty awesome shred today with justin and andrew. My moves are coming a little more dialed, but still need alot of work. I am still trying to master the basics.

My ct520's came today ! I modified them real nice. Haven't gotten to shred in them yet though. Anyway, my mirage on my flipside is getting dialed... i can hit it just about every time... it's about as good as the one on my strong side i think now. My clippers aren't bad either... still tryin to hit clipper>op clipper with proper form. I tried doing a pincher today, and I hit it out of no where. I can do them pretty naturally. Right into pickup too... but it's pretty hard to do something out of them. Hopefully i can school them and put them into my game.... i love them. we had a nice session tonight... but i quit early because i had a raging headache.

Headaches suck. Especially with all the hopping around. I'm going camping tomorrow morning, coming back sunday. hopefully i will get to practice while i'm away. I'm really hoping i can get to funtastiks on labor day. i dont even care about competing... i don't think im good enough yet anyway. hopefully i will hit something to post about when i get back. peace.

I haven't been practicing that much lately. I just realized I could do a reverse legover... I'm not sure what to call it, but reverse legover sounds right. It's a cool trick. Shred has been alright, I'm trying to learn this "magic hop" that is apparently significant in everyone's game. Hopefully it will come along nice. I was going to be at Funtastiks this weekend, but my mother wouldn't let me go, because she "doesn't know the people I'm staying with." So that was a bummer. But oh well... I'm actually looking forward to the fall. Hopefully Andrew, Cheebs, Justin and I will play alot after school. We are trying to get a footbag club started at our school. Hopefully it will go well, and we will get some interest and some new freestylers. The other night I realized I'm pretty lucky as a new player to be in the scene that I am. I have a BAP player to shred with, a place to go to shred 2 nites a week, and a few very experienced players to guide me along.

I played a little bit with justin cheebs and andrew tonite. We were gonna play at the school, but some ass cop came and made us leave. we messed around in the street a little, and i hit inifinity for the first time. I loved my life. im also kinda close to hitting pdx mirage. i gotta work on it though. its coming soon though, i can feel it.

Today I shredded with Andrew and Cheebs. I did pretty well. I was hitting some more infinities... but none back to back. My best is 1 so far. I have to work on them. I'm beginning to link more tricks together, hitting stuff like Legover>mirage>butterfly>mirage ... although I can't hit combos like that all the time. School starts tommorrow. Fuck.

Just kidding.
I haven't been schooling much on my own at all lately. I know I should, I'm just really lazy. Ive hit a few infinities in a row. I can do pdx mirage pretty consistantly too. I haven't been making too much progress. Oh well. I started my job yesterday too. I'm a cashier at a grocery store. woopie. At least I wont be poor anymore.
