Piercings
So, what do you have pierced, when did you get it done, how did it go, etc. etc. etc. Post up some pictures if you can. I'm going to get my tongue done later today after I'm done shredding with Colin and Cole. Colin is going with me and getting something pierced himself I think. Some friends have been giving me flak for getting my tongue done, but they mostly kid around and I really don't care what people think, lol. Anyways, I'll try to get a picture up soon...

Good stuff guys. Drew, you'll never know untill you try dude... Colin (Serial Thrilla) got his eyebrow pierced a few years ago and said it was only a slight pinch. Go for it
. Oh and thanks
.
Anyways, yesterday me, Colin, Colin's brother Steve and our friend Doug went down to Krystal Blade Studios in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We filmed the entire process and will have that up soon for anyone who is interested. Some people with a weak stomach may not want to watch a couple parts though. Doug was our filmer, and at one point we thought that we lost all the video having to do with MY piercing. We later discovered that Doug is indeed a bafoon and recorded on the memory stick, not the tape. So you'll notice when the video is up that my "segmant" will be a little less quality than Colins. Oh yeah, and Colin got his left nipple done by the way.
The tongue didn't hurt at all, I'd do it again and again and again if I needed to. It's so hard to eat, it took me 10 minutes just to eat two cookies after I got it done!!! My eating is getting better though, I scarfed down a couple mini cupcakes in a decent amount of time today. I'm taking really good care of it. Every morning when I wake up, after everytime I eat/drink something and before I go to bed I have (and will continue to) been rinsing my mouth with Lysterine Original (the nasty yellow shit that could clean the paint off a boat), like he reccomended. I'm not going to take any chances with anything. I can't eat much yeast products or dairy products. Or beer and wine, since there is yeast in them. Anyways, I'm going to stop talking... hopefully the video will be done within the next couple of days. Peace.

If anyone is interested, here's an experience report that I wrote for http://www.BMEzine.com which is a body modification website.
I?ve been interested in piercings for quite a while now, but never had one because I was worried about how it would look and what people would think. Recently I became interesting in tongue piercings after a good friend on mine had her tongue pierced and told me all about it. She told me how it didn't hurt much at all, and other general information about the process and how it went. To be honest, I've always wanted a tongue piercing "deep down" but was under the impression that "guys shouldn't get their tongue pierced because it means they are homosexual", as many immature and ignorant people think these days. Anyways, after about a month of considering, researching and talking to friends about it, I decided to get my tongue pierced.
I opened up the phonebook and went to the yellowpages to look for tattoo/piercing studios in my area. I called a half dozen and asked about pricing. I decided to go with Krystal Blade Studios because it was one of the cheapest, and I know people who have gotten tattoo work done there and they told me good things about the studio and artists there. My friend has wanted to get his nipple pierced for a while, so we decided to go together.
On July 5th (two days ago), we drove over to the studio with our friend Doug, and my friend Colin (the one who is getting the nipple done)'s brother Steve. We walked in and were greeted by John, the person who would be piercing us. We filled out some paperwork, paid him and then decided who was to go first (it was me). He lead me into the piercing room, prepared his tools, showed me that they were all sterile and took his time to explain to me exactly what to expect during the procedure and also what to expect afterwards when I go home. He also warned me what to stay away from, and informed me about aftercare and how to properly maintain the piercing.
The procedure started by John giving me a small paper cup filled with Lysterine Original (the nasty yellow stuff) for me to swish around in my mouth for 30 seconds, obviously to kill any existing bacteria in my mouth and on my tongue. Then I stuck out my tongue and he put a clamp on my tongue, making sure to get the right spot, and adjusted the clamp a little bit. The clamp was a little discomforting, not really painful though. This was easily the most painful part of the process (not saying that the clamp is painful, I'm just trying to emphasize how painless the needle was). He then told me to inhale through my nose, and exhale through my mouth three times, and on the third time he stuck the needle through my tongue. It was literally painless! There was only a mild discomfort coming from pressure that the needle put on my tongue. Then he pushed the needle through while inserting the barbell. The needle dropped onto a piece of paper towel that I was holding under my face (that was there to catch the needle and any drool, hehe). Then he told me to stick my tongue out a little more and he screwed on the ball to the barbell. I finished with rinsing my mouth with the Lysterine Original again, and it was all over. There was very little blood on my tongue, only a drop or two's worth. We exchanged a few more words, shook hands then it was my friends turn. Although it was basically painless, about five minutes after it was done I started to feel a little lightheaded. But this lasted literally only about 60 seconds or so.
That night was very interesting. I learned just how much you rely on your tongue while eating. It took my about ten minutes just to eat two cookies! My speech wasn't slurred that much, it was actually kind of off and on. And there wasn't too much swelling either. Now it's two days after the piercing and my tongue is still a little bit swollen, but nothing too bad or uncomfortable. My eating has improved a lot due to learning new techniques of eating. Trust me, technique is everything with a tongue piercing. There is technique to eating, swallowing, spitting, running your tongue along your teeth, etc. I barely notice that the barbell is in my mouth anymore, I'm very comfortable and familiar with it now and am VERY happy that I got it done.
Regarding aftercare, I've heard that different piercers recommend different aftercare. He gave me a very informative sheet about aftercare on my way out of the studio, and also like I said before he talked to me about it. Right now every time I wake up, after every time I eat something, and every time I go to bed I rinse my mouth with Lysterine Original (the yellow kind, many people think that the blue kind is Original but it's really spearmint flavored or something) and it seems to be working well. There hasn't been any bleeding, unreasonable pain, infections (so far), or any other problems. Incase your piercer doesn't mention this to you, you should avoid yeast products (bread, beer, wine, etc.) and some dairy products (cheeses, and things with high dairy content).
If anyone is considering getting their tongue pierced but is worried about pain, don't worry anymore. I could get it done ten more times if I wanted to. I'd rather be pierced in the tongue than be punched in the face any day. Treat your piercing well, and it will be good to you. Krystal Blade is a great studio and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get work done there. It's a clean and very professional place.

Maybe yours wasn't fitted very well, mine is extremely snug and there isn't any lateral movement when erect. And there are alot of different piercings available downstairs, you may not have had the same as me.
I don't remember how long I waited to have sex, I do remember I got a bj and thinking that it was a little early to be doing that.

I've been thinking of getting my helix done, but not too sure. If I did it wouldn't be untill after World's though.
Oh god, I almost forgot. Well, the day that I got my tongue pierced, Colin said that he had a huge bottle of Lysterine Original (the stuff I'm supposed to be using to clean my tongue) that he could give me. So I gladly accepted. Since then I've been using it religiously because I want to take care of my piercing. Today for shits and giggles I decided to read the label, and guess what I saw... the fucking thing was made in 1990!!! I've been using 14 year old mouth wash. I know it's not dangerous because something bad would have happened by now, so I called poison control to ask them what effects aging would have on Lysterine. The woman laughed when I told her the story, and she explained that the only effects would be that it would be less strong.
