DVD menu software

I would like some suggestions for what PC software I should use to make menus for a video DVD. I want to do something really nice and professional like Unanim Works' Sick03 menus!!! (Or, like, a well-designed movie menu.) Please and thank you! I don't even, really, know where to start.

i use Ulead MovieFactory or something like that (im not on my own comp right now so i cant see)
it does menus with backgrounds, Backing music, motion menus and stuff like that
but i dont know if its really advanced enough for what u want...

I'll ask Pierre and Fred what it they used to do the menus. What I can tell you now though is that they ONLY use Macs for video editing... but will ask anyway.
