Ive been over to monsterhack and thats REALLY helpful, yet i was wondering if theres any other places with a list like that. Seeing as i have no friends who hack, i must use the net or whatever resources i can get to learn.

http://www.flipsider.com has some move demostrations as well as their massive tricks section which kicks ass.

Footbag.org does have some flaws in some of their moves. So some of their tricks may be false. This is only because the people that run that site are really busy.
Some of the pogo tricks may be off...some of the paradox tricks may be off. But hey, if in doubt about anything, ask us
