Me, but you wouldn`t believe all the bureaucratic idiocy I have to do to vote absentee. I still haven`t gotten my absentee ballot, nor have I gotten a single response to my emails. My folks have to go in person to the county recorders office and then mail me stuff at their expense.

What really pisses me off, is that if you are military or family of military, you can download an absentee ballot for free off the internet from the pentagon website, but this option isnt available for civilians. Considering how most enlisted people vote Republican, this is suspicious and pisses me off.

I`ll let you know if I can get my ballot and vote in time.

You can download an application there (below "By-Mail Absentee Voting"). You better hurry! NY requires absentee registration within 25 days of the election.

that reminds me in florida last election they counted 600 military absentee ballots that were sent in 2 days past the due date. they were mostly for Bush. Bush "won" florida by 500 votes.
