I try to keep my training list undulant, as in, I like to keep my days off and days of drilling work together in a pattern of hard shred one day and a cool down day the next.

in my footblog I have a drill list, well a drill records list and every drill session I try to raise the records of each of them and every day I try to add a new drill record to the list

Warmup for say 10 mins

Atws both way(bs) 15 mins, so basically 4 mins each way on each side

Legovers(bs) - 15 mins

Mirages(bs) - 15 mins

Pickups(bs) - 15 mins

Clippers(bs) - 10 mins

Just came up with that routine this week. For each session I wanna go over that atleast once, after that is done. I can mess with whatever I want.

That's a good point Seath .... Undulant training sessions are a good idea I think.

I try to have mine go something like this:
-Kick as long as necassary
-100 toe stalls
-some inside stalls
-50 clippers
-50 butterfly
-school my pixie set
-school my stepping set
-school my atomic
-link toe to toe two adds
-work my guiltlessness

This is usually about once or twice or sometimes three times a week.
Other then that I just shred and work the stuff that I don't do very well while shredding.

By theway, the stuff I school changes as I improve...

Idealy:

Mirage>legover>x10
Illusion>pickup>x10
op Clipper>pdx mirage>x10
Osis>same clipper(or swirl)>x10

Some runs trying to hit my currently schooling moves:
Blurs, DLOs, Drifters, swirls, osiss, swirls, datws

Its difficult to make good runs without butterfly/whirl/reversewhirl/dod (cant do because of my ankles) so my main goal is fitting together guiltless(ish) runs with what im able to do.

I haven't been able to have a good shred in a very long time.
