Please Help-Possible Suicide of a friend

Ok so my friend was talking to someone that he'd been in contact with for well over a year now online. She said she was commiting suicide and just signed off. I read the conversation and it really seems like that's what's going on. He doesn't know her last name or exactly which city in Colorado she lives in so he/we can't do anything about it really. If anybody has an idea, please post it. I know it just may seem like a random person and she may not even go through with it, but just think if it had been someone you loved, it'd crush you, and that's what may end up happening to her family soon.

I've done all I can for now. The Colorado police are currently talking to my friend who had the online conversation with the girl who's in trouble. Thank you Mike Hansen.
