Acceptable? Acceptable in developing nations? Completely unacceptable under any circumstances? I don't know, your thoughts?

I think we really need to be clear what we are talking about when say "child labour"
Generally when talking about "child labour" in third world countries we are talking about children working over 10 hours a day in a physically demanding job to recieve less than $1 US.
In my opinion that is clearly wrong and shouldn't be happening. However the solution isn't as straight forward as to not allow it. In many of the places where this happens - the children have no choice and are physically forced into the work. This should definitly be completely disallowed - all workers should have some kind of free choice to work or not. In the other cases the children are forced into that kind of work because of the economic situation they live in - ie work in that kind of job or starve. This also is a problem that should be stopped. It should be stopped by forcing the companies employing the kids to pass on a greater percentage of the profits to the community and the workers - creating social security where children can be freely educated and not have to work until they are 15 or over in such physically demanding jobs.

I second Jeremy's opinion.
Moreover I do not think that you can help a country when you exploit their workers.
It is very simple, if there is nobody who work for these low wages the work will not be done. So there is no product. The only problem is that there are too many other people who will do this job for these kind of wages.
Not to mention that child labour should be forbidden.

That is a hard discussion - to bring new people in the sport and be able to sell a suitable bag for a price which is the same as a companybullshitbag.
I hope that those people will stay in the sport for a longer period of time and will spend their money on a 32er or a Sandman.
It is sad that mr sandmans are not able to be competitive to a crocheted bag because they are too expensive.
