I hit a new trick off a pixie set. I've been working on getting my pixie sets, and yesterday I hit a Pixie same clipper. This was bare foot, with a Stinger in my lounge room.
You gotta love that buzz you get from hitting a new trick.
Is that why we do it?
For a nother HIT of that feeling?
I know I am, but are we all addicts to the sport?

Totally, the best feelign for me, is when I try a trick I've never done before and I hit it and continue to hit it as though I've had it sealed for years. So fresh and clean.

I think that may be the reason. Its basically the same system as drug using.

Just training or playing is just a normal feeling, but when you do a (relatively) long run or hit a big trick then you get "the feeling". Also when people are watching you get "the feeling". I think its just adrenaline but whatever.

Same system as drug using? Matt, I think you may have a problem.

footbag is like drug addiction.

just a few things to prove that:

when i started playing i felt so good hitting my first clipper. these times are over now. i want more and more the more often i do the drug.

drugs mess up your body. so does footbag. my shinsplints hurt after every session but i dont care ... cause im addicted.

drugs mess up your mind. so does footbag. not for me (i think), but i read the "do you shred in your sleep"-topic and i think many people have serious problems, cause they cant get enough of it.

do you see the parallels. we have to stop it ... no wait ... we have to make the whole world addicted. welcome to paradise.
