Hey guys, I've been following the 'Swirls' thread and I've been reading about the roll-off method, but I don't completely understand it. Could someone offer tips on doing a nice, high swirl set?! I've tried it for the past couple of days and sometimes (emphasis on the sometimes ) I could do a swirl set but it would happen only once in a while and I couldn't do anything out of it. I want to get a swirl set down completely, so any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks!
HEY!!! Thanks a lot for replying Tom!! Finally, someone replied. Yeah, I can't wait to shred with you guys again and I'll ask Tim then! Any other tips would be wicked awesome!
First of all I can't do a swirl set but I want to share my expierences up to now - so somebody can second or correct them.
If you want to swirl regular you go up by your support leg and go down with your swirling leg , the bag will stay for a short peroid of time in the same position - this is enough to dex the bag .
The second and faster way is to go up with your supporting leg and your dexing leg at the same time - now the only problem is that the bag must leave your foot- you achieve this by turning your nkle and bring your feet in a vertical position to the ground so the bag can drop ( " roll ").
So you save some time and distance moreover in my opinion it is much harder to do two things in opposite directions.
