When ever i try to do a outside kick the inner part of the knee of the leg i just kicked with get like shooting pains that last whole day. Can anyone explain what im doing wrong???

ya my knees hurt too not when I do outside kick though. Its whenever I'm schooling my head stalls.
What should I do?

I don't get it.....you mean when you kick an outside kick, your knee hurts like crap? I'd guess that because you're doing something wrong.....like maybe you're bringing up the leg too much, too fast?

Is it your knee or the muscles behind your knee? In any case, stretch out your calves and hamstrings... just do what the gym teacher had you doin in gym class every morning before activities......................... minus the sodomy
