is it just me (honestly, im still really new to freestyle so i dont really know what im talking about) or do these two tricks feel a lot alike. its possible its just how im doing them (ie wrong) but i dunno. i would watch the videos on flipsider for reference (my usual solution for stuff like this) but the site is still down (or was it every up...i thought it was supposed to be)
sorry if this is a stupid question

No. If they feel alike, you are doing one of them wrong.
On A ss butterfly, you lift your leg up from the hip and let the bag fall through it.
for rev whirl, your leg turns sideways and dex over the bag with your calf.
the dexes feel VERY different.
I'm sorry, i know you've heard what I just posted before, but that is as best as i can explain those two moves.

i think i got it all straightened out, actually. (nathan, im glad for your input, it helped) it got a lot easier to tell the difference between the two when i started setting the bag more directly in front of my body for the butterfly. anyway, thanks for the help, ev'rbody.
(haha, i can post a vid of the butterfly if anyone wants to critique/verify it)
