Excellent online footbag health resources

Post by C-Fan »

Here are 2 of the best sites for footbag health on the internet. Hopefully more people will use them now, because its under this forum, so its easier for injured players to track them down. I recommend checking out these sites even if you aren`t injured.

Another good site that I posted a while back was http://www.sportsinjuryclinic.net. It has such a large library of injuries that you can't deny it's usefulness ;)

thanks alot ken for putting up these sites. Hood's page helped me especially. I scrounged up some ankle weights and a resistance tube and today was my first day for strengthening my ankles, hips, and knees.
