Bittorrent Tracker?

Hi everyone,

I'm a big user of bittorrent, which is a filesharing program that helps distribute files fast and use less bandwidth than traditional ftp methods. I was thinking, maybe we could setup a bittorrent tracker that allows us to upload footbag videos? That way sites would have to use less bandwidth. If anyone here has a server to host the tracker on, contact me and maybe we coulds set one up.
