Okay today at school being a nice guy since i am...i gave some kid a perfectly good soda...I was ditching 5 hour and administration came in so i started running off thus for putting in his mind that i spit in it or something, So on my way to the bus he comes up and i said i didnt do anything to that soda...He proceeds to hit me a few times so i kicked him in the face and through my bag(with a metal shot in it) at him. He then continues beating on me so my friends pulled him off and i ran to the bus him chasing me...the moment i got on the bus it leaves....So now im worried about tommorow. I am only 15 and he is 18 my two options are,

1) Tell me dad my dad then calls the cops and he goes to jail

OR

2) I get all my friends from the varsity football team ( wich most weigh about 250 and are all muscle and black ) to go kick his ass....then we do something to him to embarice him...

So please help

actually, the real moral of the story is to not be nice in the first place...always leads to trouble.
or maybe dont skip classes...one or the other. since im not nice, but i do skip classes, and im constantly in trouble i say...

I think a lot of of people underestimate the effect of having his Football friends kick this kids ass would do. I bet that if the kid that kicked Cody's ass is thouroughly beaten, (Not just beat up, I mean seriously beaten) that he wouldn't fuck with you anymore. I sincerely suggest that you either have your friends decimate this poor kid or do something else in retaliation to make it known to this idiot that you aren't in the mood to have your ass kicked for no good reason other than a misunderstanding over something trivial.

WTF I think that if you beat the shit outta a kid, you're not gonna do anything but make him HATE you and want to find a way to get the shit beaten outta you AGAIN. I like Mike's idea-- well, sorta. I don't think running up and hugging him is gonna do much except freak him out and leave you open for a good ol' roshambo (shot to the nuts, for the uninformed). Why don't you find him in a public place where an open display of ass-whooping isn't gonna get him anywhere except in trouble, and explain to him what you did and what he did and try to resolve the conflict? Also, I wouldn't suggest finding him when he's with his friends, or he'll feel a need to justify himself and will probably just be a dick. Perhaps explain it to the principal and have him called to the office?
