Clipper stall kills
Well I am very new to playing footbag. I was practicing my clipper stall last night and i think i killed a nerve, or somthing. I can sill play but I was wondering if there was any other techniques that i could do to get the clipper stall down, without killing myself. Any advise is great!
Thanks
Thanks

What, exactly, were you doing when the nerve hurt? And where exactly is the nerve?
My only advice without knowing the answer to the previous questions is to practice without a hack to get the necessary balance down. You can also use place a book on the clipper foot; first practice balancing with it, then move it up and down without dropping it.
Oh, I guess you could also practice wraps and reverse wraps (or whatever you'd call an opposite wrap) to get the feel of a crossbody stall down.

Today is what you make it. So, like, don't screw up the recipe. ^^
Everything they said probably should help. Really, any movements that can work on your inside contact crank, or ankle inversion motion. Even for beginners, learning lots of inside kicks back and forth will help your clipper surface to some degree while working on balance.
But then again, you said you were having some sort of pain or discomfort, why don't you go a little more in depth about where the pain originates and ends, what type of pain it is, and what motions cause it. I've never really heard of people skooling clipper and gettin nerve pain...usually you might get soreness in either the ankle, knee, or hip from the repetative motions.
