Request for Insoles

Post by HG »

if anyone has some nice spenco insoles or something that helped them in the past that you have grown out of or are done using. Can you please help me out?

i love my lavers. But my knees are having a hard time coping with the jumping in them. If you can help me out. Please. Reply to this or PM me.

Right here buddy, these are what I have.

They might make your feet sore for a week or 2 but then after that you'll be fine.

Only $12 too!

No, I don't play soccer. Yes, there are competitions. 4 years. Lots of practice.

I don't know if you already bought those, Henry, but I was recently having some knee discomfort and got these dr. scholl's gel insoles and my knees feel great again. :D You can also get them at just about any retail store, like Target, Shopko, Kmart, etc.

Hey Henry, you should try cycleing, it is great for the knees! All you need to do is get permission from ur parents to leave the safety of your driveway! ;) Just kidding man.
