if anyone has some nice spenco insoles or something that helped them in the past that you have grown out of or are done using. Can you please help me out?

I don't know if you already bought those, Henry, but I was recently having some knee discomfort and got these dr. scholl's gel insoles and my knees feel great again. 
You can also get them at just about any retail store, like Target, Shopko, Kmart, etc.
