Cale, I think you should be fine. Everyone will be hanging out.

Zeke: sorry if this was posted already, but can you post or pm me public transportation info to your place from the airport? Because I'm worried my flight may get cancelled or delayed and I might be stranded at o'hare.

Hi Everybody! Merry Christmas!

Cale - you'll be fine. At 4pm everyone will mill about as security pleads with us to leave. We'll move, herdlike, to the door. No one will know exactly what is about to happen. But we'll all end up doing something. Maybe going out for food, maybe hanging out in the suite or something. We'll take care of you. We'll be coming back to the shred spot at 7, so if you just stick with us then no worries.

Hey all, I twisted my foot/ankle so I won't be shredding full out, but I plan on kicking and maybe even doing some net.

Well, there is a chance that my foot will be healed enough by the time I get there that shred can be in the books, I really hope so. But really, I come to these things for the people, you know??

Lets have some fun! :D

I secured my car sitch with the fam and we will be driving up Thursday, leaving here 1PMish which puts us in areound 10-11 I would guess.

Footbag!! :footbag:

Fletcher, there will be pickups a few times from O'Hare. So even if you're delayed, you'll get scooped.

Cale, @ 4pm we will move promptly to the suite to eat luscious pizza. Everyone will be at the suite. So you have a place to chill.

Mosh, Hope you feel better.

Arrive: 6:56 p.m on the 27th. (ohare)

If there is a caravan around that time I would like to be involved. If there is not I will work something out.

Hey Dave, you arrive like 30 minutes before me so if we can't get rides from CIC (or whoever is giving rides) we can split a cab or do the L thing or whatever.

Anyone interested in going to a bar on the 29th to watch UFC 79? They're going to have it at kendalls and mcdunnas in Chicago, so I'm hoping I can get a crew together for that.

I just finished packing.

I have my fingers crossed that I'll be able to shred with my broken toe. I'm so excited. I hope I didn't forget anything. ^^;;

So, I don't like the directions RTA site gave. If, for some reason you did not get picked up on Thursday here are the directions to LaRAZA.

I would take the CTA Blue line train south to the Jefferson Park station. It's also a major bus terminal. Look for and get on the 85A North Central bus headed north to Caldwell ave. This is the west end of the Peterson bus route. Take the 84 Peterson bus east about 4 1/2 miles to the Hoyne stop. There will be a big cemetery on your right side and a Target store (and a smaller cemetery) on your left. Cross the street at the light and head towards the Target. Keep walking in that direction till you hit the back end of the lot, make a right and walk till you find the stairs that lead you to Norwood street. Turn left and walk to the end of the short block. Make a right at Hamilton. Our building will be the 4th on the left side.

Eric Reile/ Alex Ibardaloza
6120 N Hamilton ave
Chicago , Il 60659

You will need to buy a CTA Transit card to board the trains & buses. There will be vending machines at the train stations. The total fare for this trip should only cost $2.25. 1.75 to get on the train, 25 cents to transfer to the North Central bus and another 25 cents to get on the Peterson bus.

my cell is -773-919-1558. Call me if something happens.
BTW, Tom if you manage to get a phone for the day let me know the #. I can relay it to anyone that calls me that needs a ride.
