Yes sir! I Haven't found a room. I can call and make the reservation or whatever. I was hoping for 5 people in teh room @ 20$ a night; but 4 @ 25$ a night is okay too. Cale and Mr. Michael? Are you in? It's so much better; when everyone is in, are you in...? dooo do doo dooooo

Mark W; Joey M; Cale M (Most likely?); and I are going to be in a room. We'll take one more person so the room becomes 20$ a night. We won't really be using the room much either... so ya'll know. So the cheaper the better

Edit: Room reserved. Nights reserved are th(29) /f /sat nights as of now. Depending on what other people's schedules are looking like I can/might add Sunday night too checking out at noon in the 2nd. 3 are definite's. Waiting on a response from Cale; A 5th wouldn't hurt either! Let me know - Cory.

Let me know if we need courts for 2S. I happen to come a cross a spool of twisted nylon rope and would be able to make courts that are easier to set up (previous designs were clumsy and awkward). They can be donated as prizes afterwards.

Is anyone interested in running an event besides Circle, Request, and 2-Square? I'm talking to a party that is interested in donating prize money for events, but they want to know how many events we're having before they decide how much to donate. I need to respond within the next 2 days.

I'm pretty sure Bacon is on the confirmed list. The only question is what room (or rooms) she'll be staying in. She does like variety (she likes to sleep around).

As an event? Well, that can certainly be arranged, but I'm not sure who would judge. I mean, everyone would want to compete, especially because it would be a prize money event.

also. flights are SUPER cheap. so i just booked them. confirmed, bros. i want to see some family/friends a bit too, so i think i'll try to stay for a couple weeks. my friend gwen lives out in hyde park near one of the universities and she said i can stay with her, and like i said i have some family, so i can probably stay with them. is there anyone else that i may be able to stay with? also when should i room with? any extra space yet? i appreciate any hospitality offered.

ill try to request off tomorrow at work, but it shouldnt be an issue.

woot Evan! Awesome you're coming broseph. In Hyde Park, you gotsta hit up the Museum of Science and Industry. I'd go again jussayin if not 3rd wheel on it.

I also wanted to say that in terms of hotel rooms for everyone, the date to get the super discount cheap rooms at this plush hotel has just passed... this means they're not holding them no more for us, BUT you can still get the $99 rate if they don't run out of that type of room. So I would talk to peeps and act fast to reserve up a room.
