Just started kicking again last week after an odd injury to the side of my foot.

Not too much in the way of footbag news, just getting back into an old groove.

In other news...MF Doom and Gnarls Barkley are extremely fun to footbag to...oh yes indeedy.

I'm gonna go with zach on this one...overall it seemed a little (not to sound rude) but kind of "home made". By no means did it differentiate from just kicking around a sipa sipa.

I think duncun can really step up their game but they're making progress, way to go guys

Jacking my blog back i have fantastic news! I had my first long session in 1 month!!!!! It lasted 2 hours (in total) and i even brought along a notebook to commemorate the occasion!!! Here are the major highlights!!! hell yeah!!! :D

All of a sudden i'm horribly depressed, well i guess not all of a sudden but it's made this day horrible all of a sudden.

Got tested at the clinic today and turns out i have (had?) mono too. Not quite sure how that worked out...maybe i gave it to zach, which would make more sense, since my symptoms appeared 3 weeks before his :S

Sorry to hear that zach! i finally just got over my dual symptoms and thankfully it wasn't mono. Take it easy down there buddy.

Ahhh just when i thought the worst was over i got hit with a few more symptoms after the buzzer. After my last sesh (as previously posted) i proceeded to lose my voice and develop a cough, further impeding my footbag practice :(
