okay i feel silly writing this, but anyway i was playin footbag the other day and i felt my muscle in my upper right leg pull. now it hurts if i move it in a certain motion. anyhelp to get healed?

well on to the topic. I ask this question simply because i am over wieght and ive tried the trick and it seems that my body is what hinders me from doing the move. so my question is are there any over wieght players that have over come this problem or is it even a problem at all ...
