im a fat kid...i did 7:00 the other day at swimming and that was extremely easy so i imagine i could sprint some and go faster

My best time for a mile was under 5 minutes... not by much though, had my friend Josh paced me he runs like a low 4.. Be lucky if i can run under a 6 right now.

Footbag must be better for your fitness than running is, im sure vasek could run the mile in 4 mins or something stupid like that simply because he can play guiltless for 5mins at a time.

I'm not sure - I found it really hard when I came back to touch football - footbag makes you good at jumping up and down but not running forwards - but maybe it would have been different if I was doing long distance running - not lots of sprinting!

See I'd argue that running is better for you than footbag just in the sense that running is consistent whereas footbag you pause sporatically through your sessions.
