I just finished writing my Chemistry 30 course. Stoich is easy man! All you have to do is balance your equation and then 80% of the stoich is using the cv = n formula (or switch it around to c = n/v) and remember to divide/multiply the number of mols you get so that it is equal to both elements / whatever that's you are working with.
I liked the redox part of Chem - that was very easy.
EDIT - If the question doesn't give you concentration or volume but instead mass, then you use the m/M = n formula, where 'm' is the mass and 'M' is the molar mass (you just have to go back to the periodic table and total up the mass of the elements, multiply them by however many there are of that one element, etc etc).
Though I would never do this to any kids of mine (no, i don't have any), if it was repetitive, then yes, I would eventually have to take away something.
Was it a repeat occasion? Or was it just this one time?
Everyone fails something once in their life.
Just don't do it over and over again.
Anyways, i have taken 17 credits last term and 17 credits this term in college. It gets stressful, and if I were constantly at the books, studying, I would get extremely stressed out. I would probably do worse in school if that were the case. Seeing as I already get A's in school, I figure I can get away with some free time.
Study first, make sure you know what the test is going to be on. If you know studying is going to be an all day affair, start studying earlier in the week and take frequent breaks. Its like this:
-Wait till the last minute to study with no footbag or free time. Possibly get too stressed out to do well on the test.
-Don't study at all and get a fail grade with LOTS of free time.
-Start studying early with quite a bit of free time and probably get a good grade.
-Study like mad all day for the week before with no free time and explode!!
Personally, I'd prefer the third one. My suggestion to you now is that you start studying earlier and (when you get your footbag stuff back), meter your free time.
I guess you deserved what you got, but seeing as i'm only 19 and I'm still a kid thats a tad rebellious, I have to agree with you that what happened to you absolutely sucks!! Get your grade back up and get an A on your remaining tests. That'll show that you are responsible and you will get all your stuff back in no time.
If you want your footbag stuff back early possibly, ask for it back and PROMISE that you'll receive A's and B's from now on, or they can take your footbag stuff back for a month.
O yeah, and if you think that grounding was a bit far, take this:
A while ago, my parents grounded me for 2 weeks in my room during spring break for going to someone's house that they didn't want me to go to. He wasn't bad, they just didnt' like him and they didn't want me playing video games. Sure, I lied and said I was going to do something else, but that, at that time, seemed AWFULLY BAD...Keep in mind, back in those days, I had nothing electronic in my room.
So don't complain.
He, He, He. No, i'm not laughing at you, I just decided to say helium three times over.

Its just about that confusing...
Who says you need shoes or footbags or anything to practice footbag? Playing "air-bag" can actually be really fun, and you don't drop the bag near as often. Full Nemesis Swirl BSOS is easily doable . I haven't played air bag for a long time, but it can really be beneficial, especially for building endurance. Try it out, and you'll see that you still "drop" the bag and you can still work on your form and on new tricks.
Tim Werner is the most impressive air shredder I have ever seen. he is full tripless and unique for the most part, it's so impressive.
I actually found air shredding kinda hard, it is hard to come up with combos sometimes. I do like hitting really big moves with my air bag now and then though.
I think the best solution to this situation would be to make a footbag and play barefoot until the footbag ban is over. you can make a bag in an hour in your room with simple stuff.
Getting grounded and having your stuff taken away, then asking for advice to ge that stuff back doesn't sound very footbag related to me.
General Footbag is to talk about issues that concern freestylers, like judging, and things like that. Its annoying to see that there is a new topic, click on the link, and just notice that its something ridiculous like this.
I might sound like an asshole ... but thats because I am one and things like this irritate me
I got my stuff back today.
My mom gave them back and said, "we tried to get your shoes bullet proofed but if you want to shoot your self in the foot playing this dumb game...you go right ahead." I just said sweet and took them.
They just dont understand...
But remember not to get them taken away again. Keep working hard at school, as wel as shredding hard Good school results might result your parents in accepting footbag
That really helps! In biology I didn't study for the test and got a 57 but when I studied I got a 85. Sadly, I found out I needed to studyhalf way through the semester and escaped with a C. I was very lucky.
I think I going to take over Canada. You should help. Get Firefox!
just zone out.....that's what I do. IN zombie state, the mind is free of all concerns and I just soak or suck up all that seems to be that they teacher said......it kinds works for me. I pulled off A's andone B which dissapointed my asian parents.....
WHY YOU GET B? WHY YOU GET B? WHY NOT LIKE KEVIN WHO GET A- OR A ON EVERYTHING?
