to those who would prefer this topic never started...

I don't see what's so inconsiderate about the nature of this discussion. This is our sport, it's something we care about, and who's best and how we decide that and why we think that is important to us and the sport is a valid discussion.

If there's anything retarded about this thread, it's how I responded to it, not the subject of the thread. The answer to the question posted at the start of this thread is an obvious one, but I still think it's good to discuss our personal values and what makes a champion to us.

Sorry, if Vasek or Jorden would rather this wasn't discussed. I'm SINCERELY sorry for how I chose to discuss it.

but if you're gonna be the best in the world at something, you better hope that someone gives a damn enough to want to have a conversation about it.

What do you think they'd prefer, that this topic wasn't important enough to be brought up?

You don't have to look at competition to determine who is better, just watch their shred.

Dylan Fry is the number one shredder in the world because he can slam down those czech beers really really fast.

Can vasek and jorden do that. No they can not.

I am going to go now and smash down some beers.

Lets just end this stupid debate, I am the best in the world and I think we can all agree on that. End of discussion.

Anyone who puts in 110% effort into being a better person because of footbag is the best.

You guys are getting off subject.

Who is better, Jorden or Vasek?

I think Jorden can do a few things Vasek can't. That's nice. Vasek can do a few hundred things no one else can do. That's even nicer.

Jorden isn't skinny enought to be the best.
Vasek isn't strong enough to be the best.

The best doesn't exist yet. The "ONE" has yet to arrise.

So Lon, if Vasek isnt strong enough, and Jordan isnt light enough, then who is perfect for footbag? We need to take into account commitment to the sport aswell ofcourse, which Jorden and Vasek both seem to be top compeditors in.

So which current player has the perfect body shape for footbag?

Lon Smith? Lol I think your a bit too tall man, too much of your mass in your upperbody, must take you more effort to play than vasek or even jordan. ;)

Maybe Lonn is saying that the person who has the perfect body for footbag is yet to appear yet...

BUt at the moment, i think Vasek has. Although Vasek maybe a small size person, he has alot of strength won't he? Like those superfly's, Ps Whirls and stuff like furious sets would probably require alot of strength. He doesn't get injured too which is also good.

Lon is the best, but he needs to quit doing easy links and step up the difficulty. Also he needs to make more videos of himself hitting harder and harder combos.

Actually those links are one of things that makes him my favourite player.

I was just making a ref to this post.

It sucks to be a famous footbag player. I wouldn't want to make a stupid footbag video for people to watch and tell me to do things even harder.

The only thing I dont like about Lon Smith's game, is that his strings are too long.
My policy on strings is, if I hit a sting of more than 20 contacts and its not a warm up, then it was too easy and I should have put more of the moves I am learning/have trouble with into it.
Lon's strings are so long. I would enjoy watching him more if he did no butterfly/osis/ducking clipper/spinning clipper and replaced all of these with harder moves. Ofcourse that would be insanly hard... but I think Lon is up to it ;)

Anyway, don't let my opinion effect your style or thinking Lon, your a great player, I am just voicing my opinion.

On Topic: Vasek may be small, but because of his size I bet he needs half the strength Jorden does to bust out superfly.
