Hey gareth, great to hear from you man. I am organising a brisbane trip in june, for a bit of partying, but there will be lots of time for shred with you and the jess meister. I don't know if i will be the most solid player, but i will try to play as much as i can.

Had a nice run tonight with ducking mirage>dlo bs, flip smear, flip magellan, alt butterflys,flip osis and clip set dlos.

I just read through my whole blog and realised i have chopped and changed the way i have trained so many times.

I am pretty happy with my training program at the moment.

I will write that trick list when i find some time, hopefully this weekend.

I just want to get out of this class and go home and break some freakin drilling records.

Had a terrible session of footbag last night. I was carrying a bit of a niggle, but it was no excuse. i was flat out hit 2 alt butterflys for fucksake. Don't you hate footbag sometimes.

Playing 2 hours, every day is a little bit too hard for body. If you wan't to shred everyday ou should shred for 1 h - 1h 30 min... But you will have to rest sometimes for few days. Even the worlds top athletes needs to rest sometimes from training... Everyone needs some freshness in legs to practice good and effective.

Props on this Butterfly, Pdx Mirage DATW' long combo. Harm that DATW's were only on one side but, unfortunatel

, I understand how hard it's to do flipside DATW's.

Well i got in and did my two hours last night, my legs are feeling pretty good this morning.

I have been drilling datw flipside and can hit it both ways, i am just working on consistency with it. It is coming along alright.

Well my training lasted 1 day, not because of laziness, but due to another groin injury. It seems to always be the same injury, i rest it for a couple of days, shred then a month later it injured again. damn

Hopefully i can shred tonight

Yeah good news. I had a hard shred last night, ignored the pain, woke up this morning feeling fine and dandy, i think i might have a shred before work.

Nothing amazing was hit just drilled my arse off.
