Riding on rough concrete makes my feet numb... ya crazy but works, i take the same rought every day, an then go down this big hill an its rough going down bc the road is so rough an it vibrats like mad. an just pushing bear foot is a good way to lossen out ur feet, i push switch to just as good as my goofy side. also creates caluses on the bottom of ur feet, better for shock absorbing an makes bear footness not so pain full.
