I copied those from your fourth post and did my best to clear them up.

for the legover and pickup you would write it like toe>op out>same toe for legover.

If anyone wants to join the club but doesn't want their info to be shown just give me the word. Remember joining this club is obligation free all it does is add to your coolness 'cause you'll be able to say "yeah, I'm part of Sack-Religious

", and eventually that could mean something if we get enough people to join, and the website gets going, and we could even have representitives at worlds promoting or whatever

about the back problems. try stretching there are tons of stretchs an there are a few that i do to keep my back in shape. also u want to stand up straight when you play. not only dose this help from acheing back pains, but gives you a better style as well.

This is a picture of the first hack I ever hacked with, this is before my freestyle time, 'er actually before I even knew freestyle existed.

Yeah I know, it's like the Incredible Hulk of Footbags, and its actually bigger than it looks in that picture.

This is my current footbag I emerged into my new freestyle lifestyle with
beautiful 14 panel pellet Hacky Sack Striker®. I added a couple metal
ball barings from a busted skateboard to add weight after lost pellets.

This beauty has ~15+ holes but not 1! is on a seam, that's quality.
The only problem is its made with vinyl instead of suede so all the holes
apear in the middle of the panel (10 of the 15+ holes have been stitched
up by myself [I'm gettin' practice]).
