But, the question is... was every post worthwile?
Had a solo session today. I got a squash court at my gym and played for about an hour. I schooled a bit of everything: stepping, bs pixie (at last I can school a flipside

), illusions and pdx illusions, switch, infinities, osis, and opp clippers.
You could say that I'm improving, though ever so slightly. I had a slight fall while trying ripwalk, at one stage. My right foot (going in for the delay) caught my left and I rolled onto my left ankle (the one I rolled really badly at Aust Champs '04). I hit the ground but didn't do any damage. I found that walking it off was a good thing and I took my time before trying any more ripwalks.
I've also noticed a 'twinge' in my right hip. It's really obvious when I try atomic with that leg dexing the set, so I didn't school that side. However, my other side (probably my strong side, though it's hard to tell) is getting really strong and high. I've got more controll of the bag now and I'm thinking about set placement more.
I'll probably have a kick with the Brisie crew on the weekend. I've got a big night planned for Saturday - it's a party thing for my gym, at a hip nightclub. Cheep drinks. Should be good.
So any Sunday kicks will be late ones.
