Today I played at a big indoor swimming pool. The one that was build for the Olympic games 1972. There are several gyms wich you can use. Since I went swimming quite early nobody I had a gym for me alone :)
On our monday session I realized that I hardly use my pixie set during a run, I mostly use pixie tricks at the beginning of a run. So today I drilled Pdx Mirage > Pixie ... .I'am very happy with the result! Maybe we have another session later today.

Edit: Alomst forgot, I set my a new record with 238 kicks 8)

Weeeell, if i was worried about money or unemployment,
i would have stayed at my job and got myself promoted
with the prospect of running my own store in switzerland
within one year.
This is my great chance to get a piece of paper that will
allow me to study - footlocker was like a spiritual boot camp:
i fucked up my earlier chances of getting my A levels ( Abitur),
and when i got kicked out of school, this part time job became
a full time job, but it was never ever what i wanted to do or
what i'm cut out to do

Yeah, lets play some footbag, just hook me up, maaaaan :D

Reverse Mullet was sweet :D

I felt a bit fuzzy again . Right now i feel like drilling again -
my game really took off the last one and a half months and
everything came pretty easy :
kool moves, trickier combos and the most important of all, good runs.
Of course this was the result of buttloads of work, and now its time
to work hard again.

Yesterday i had one 20 contact string and one nice 16 con string
with ripwalk, blur and atomic legover, the rest of the time i was
more or less just playing around, trying some harder stuff.
When everybody had left i was doing a lot of stepping and ducking.

butter>dlo>legover>butter>step legover

shmoe bsos

atomsmasher>symp mir>run

Ripwalk>Ripwalk !

ducking pdx mir>ducking symp mir
a lot

Today i had a little one hour drill session, with pixie stuff for the main
course and some stepping on the side.

I started with clippers and these dammnable little things called atws -
dear jesus, my left leg really seemed to hate them, but i managed
to change that a bit, i guess.

When i couldnt nail a certain flip pixie move or it took too many tries,
i did some consecutives in to out atws and tried again ; this method
worked quite well and i will use it a lot in the next days.

Resultz :

butter>pdx mir>plo bsos and butter>step legover bsos -
i hit that before, but its nice to notice that my lil guiltless combos
become easier :)

ss smudge bs ; plo>ss smudge

smudge bsos ; smear>smudge

smear>plo bsos i gotta hit that b2b this week !

plo>smudge bs

dimwalk bsos - once again

parkwalk bsos

one run with plo, smear and ss smear bsos
8)

I wanna be in LINZ  but i wont, so i'll shred the pain away

Just came back from a little work out thing (bops, pixie, stepping)
and i hit some new stuff - nothing big, but i feel like progressing
with certain combos and i'm on a good way ridding my game of
all these annoying 2 adders :

ripwalk>pdx mir

ripwalk>blur

dimwalk>blur

ducking clipper>sidewalk both sides

plo>ss smear>butter>pdx mir>ducking symp mir

dimwalk>pdx mir>dimwalk>pdx mir : endlich !!!

I also hit shitloads of dim-, rip- and sidewalks on both sides and my
flip pixie is getting better too ; i drill a lot of but>pdx m>plo and stuff.
Tomorrow, i wanna hit terrage b2b and do tons of stepping and bops !

Yo Dizzle ! I solemny challenge you to write your entries in our blog
in german, cause sometimes i'm not really getting what youre trying to say

The last sentence was easy though ; thanks for your encouragement
and about the vid - we're still filming, so far we got only raw shred
and a couple of big moves on cam.

But we want some "concept" shots too, and the opportunity wasnt
there yet :? ... i want my own cam ....

Well, today i had a monster session - a 3hr solo session with drills
and thrills !
I'm not sure, but i probably will use words like "epic" and "killer"
in this post , not because i wanna take the mick out of anybody
and definitly because i got my head in my own ass.
So when write "intense", i'm not describing myself, but the emotions
that i experienced today.
If you get bored, just feel free to scroll down to skip the analysis
and read the stuff in bold  !

Bea had foned, that she wasnt in the mood to go all the way to the gym,
and when i came there, i half assedly knew around 7, that Bjoern wont
make it either.
I was crying of course, but, starting with the right drills from the
1. second, i simply shred the pain away.
Man, this session was so the opposite of most of my most recent ones :
i had a plan this time around i was also able to follow thru,
mit allen Schikanen , it was only hard sometime at the
beginning.
Sometimes i thought, wow, them BOPs are mighty boring ( that basically
means my body hasnt got over the fact yet, that there wont be any easy
mir>legover drills for a long time, and of course there is a lot of
"picking up the bag" and wondering "why cant i do this better" involved.)
But there was also satisfaction and laughter, like when i realized
how happy i actually am with my small BOP sucsesses.
It reminded me a lot of the time when i hit 3 flip clippers and i was
all :D and  at the same time.
I warmed up with consecutive and alternating clippers, osis>ss clip rpt
and butter>osis. Some spins and ducks in between and amongst them.

Then i skooled pixies - especially the "other" one, the rebellious and
annoying one :x mmmh, it went ok, but its so fuckin unreliable and
takrs so much concentration and, well practice.
I listen to Paul C. advice again, and started with a paradox mirage.
From flip, to, yall guessed it : flip pixie .
I was glad that i had the energy, heads and legs to do it, it was so
worth it, feeling wise, but annoying .
Actually less so, because i did what Bjoern did to make pixies easier -
i skooled in to out atws !
The next thing was stepping . flip riwalk, flip shmoe and all the regulars.
1. butter>step 2 handcatch, 5 times each side ( The Max Jaeger Method ),
then butter>step legover ( 5 each side ) then butter>shmoe or blur.
After that i did the same thing again, with ducking clippers fo butters.
I think i didnt go for one long run today, i was just skooling links
and combos and single tricks all over again - sometimes to improve,
but mostly for the feel :P

After this drill orgy i skooled some harder links and single elements,
and towards the end i tried some stoopid combos :

CHEcK ThIS :

osis>ss clip>ss clip 2b2, not great, but i did it often at least

plo>butter>osis both sides

ducking clipper>osis bs

15 and 17 alternating clippers

plo>butter>pdx mir>smear>
(ducking mirage) bs

pdx mir>ducking mir>butter>pdx mir>ducking symp mir 8)

butter>shmoe back 2 back

flip datws and many flip shmoes and flip duck symp mirages and hell
yeah i finally hit a move out of swirl !

parkwalk>stepping legover

symp mir>plo bs

ducking mirage>datw

ducking symp mirage>datw

tap>symp mir bsos

tap>symp>mir>duck symp mir

beta smear> duck symp mir

Let me think. It's 15:35 now. I need about an hour to get to the airport, then I just have to get on a plane flying to Germany (something like 20 minutes or more), so it will be 17:00. Then I'll threaten the pilot with my shredding skills (if he resists I'll PS Whirl him) and order him to fly to Munich. Getting there should take about an hour, then I'll jump off.

It gives me less then an hour for finding the footlocker. Shit, I think I won't be able to make it :? :(

Props for Witchdoctor, I knew that you'll hit it eventually :D

Man, the last week, i've been blessed with the greatest of visitors -

Al, one of my closest, madest mates, who spend the last 7 months
in central america as a tour guide, my soul mate Anna from Berlin,
and the most gentle, nice and wise-at-heart australian in the world,
Sir Ian Pritchard.

It was so kool, that you came, i had a great time chatting, shredding,
checking out the few spots that make Munich interesting :D

The last week was pretty intense : the whole school/work schedule,
partying hard ( god bless your heart Al :), pissing around, having
the best conversations, sleeping little and doing much, not unusually
peaking in some big shred session.

I played at school, at the train station, in banks and shops -
everywhere and a lot !

It was the right mixture of casual shred, skooling and going for
runs in a circle ; another interesting thing was that Ian got to play
with all the shredders from our team, but only with two at a time.
Unfortunatly, we didnt meet up with Markus, who i guess, is in
hospital right now.

The most gallant connection of topics - here's what i've hit and remebered

sealed more witch docs and toe shmoes
