Yo Dizzle ! I solemny challenge you to write your entries in our blog
in german, cause sometimes i'm not really getting what youre trying to say
The last sentence was easy though ; thanks for your encouragement
and about the vid - we're still filming, so far we got only raw shred
and a couple of big moves on cam.
But we want some "concept" shots too, and the opportunity wasnt
there yet

...
i want my own cam ....
Well, today i had a monster session - a 3hr solo session with drills
and thrills !
I'm not sure, but i probably will use words like "epic" and "killer"
in this post , not because i wanna take the mick out of anybody
and definitly because i got my head in my own ass.
So when write "intense", i'm not describing myself, but the emotions
that i experienced today.
If you get bored, just feel free to scroll down to skip the analysis
and read the stuff in bold

!
Bea had foned, that she wasnt in the mood to go all the way to the gym,
and when i came there, i half assedly knew around 7, that Bjoern wont
make it either.
I was crying of course, but, starting with the right drills from the
1. second, i simply shred the pain away.
Man, this session was so the opposite of most of my most recent ones :
i had a plan this time around i was also able to follow thru,
mit allen Schikanen , it was only hard sometime at the
beginning.
Sometimes i thought, wow, them BOPs are mighty boring ( that basically
means my body hasnt got over the fact yet, that there wont be any easy
mir>legover drills for a long time, and of course there is a lot of
"picking up the bag" and wondering "why cant i do this better" involved.)
But there was also satisfaction and laughter, like when i realized
how happy i actually am with my small BOP sucsesses.
It reminded me a lot of the time when i hit 3 flip clippers and i was
all

and

at the same time.
I warmed up with consecutive and alternating clippers, osis>ss clip rpt
and butter>osis. Some spins and ducks in between and amongst them.
Then i skooled pixies - especially the "other" one, the rebellious and
annoying one

mmmh, it went ok, but its so fuckin unreliable and
takrs so much concentration and, well practice.
I listen to Paul C. advice again, and started with a paradox mirage.
From flip, to, yall guessed it : flip pixie .
I was glad that i had the energy, heads and legs to do it, it was so
worth it, feeling wise, but annoying .
Actually less so, because i did what Bjoern did to make pixies easier -
i skooled in to out atws !
The next thing was stepping . flip riwalk, flip shmoe and all the regulars.
1. butter>step 2 handcatch, 5 times each side ( The Max Jaeger Method ),
then butter>step legover ( 5 each side ) then butter>shmoe or blur.
After that i did the same thing again, with ducking clippers fo butters.
I think i didnt go for one long run today, i was just skooling links
and combos and single tricks all over again - sometimes to improve,
but mostly for the
feel
After this drill orgy i skooled some harder links and single elements,
and towards the end i tried some stoopid combos :
CHEcK ThIS :
osis>ss clip>ss clip 2b2, not great, but i did it often at least
plo>butter>osis both sides
ducking clipper>osis bs
15 and 17 alternating clippers
plo>butter>pdx mir>smear>(ducking mirage) bs
pdx mir>ducking mir>butter>pdx mir>ducking symp mir
butter>shmoe back 2 back
flip datws and many flip shmoes and flip duck symp mirages and hell
yeah i finally hit a move out of swirl !
parkwalk>stepping legover
symp mir>plo bs
ducking mirage>datw
ducking symp mirage>datw
tap>symp mir bsos
tap>symp>mir>duck symp mir
beta smear> duck symp mir
ducking clip> ducking paradox symposium mirage !
ducking ps mirage>ducking symp mir
ducking symple legover
