New video camera...
I just got a video camera for my 16th birthday (9/20) and was wondering if anyone could tell me what the best kind of movie editor out there was, or the ones that you guys use. I would like to post some longer videos than my little 10MB raw footage types.

Funny movie titles if the movie were about poop:
Red
Fast & the Furious
The Green Mile
Children of the Corn
There Will be Blood

I use premier. It works pretty well, I think. But you have to have a pretty decent pooter, or it runs reeeeally slow. For me when I'm editing I have to have the music turned off while the video is running.

dont EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! go near windows movie maker. You will die of frustration as you make bigger videos.
If your just starting out (which by the sounds of things you are) get something like pinnacle or maybe premiere 6.
Im downloading premiere 7 right now
BTW, what kind of camera did you get?
oh yeah, and happy birthday

You need to buy them. But this is free, as long as you don't use it for commercial purposes.Lee wrote:Where do I download 'pinnacle' or 'premiere 6'? Or is it an item I need to buy? And the camera I have is a Samsung SC-D353.
