No... not at all.
If you watch it slowly, you'll see that he sets from the clipper, then the foot that set the bag rotates around the bag from front to back and then he dexes with the other leg (so the bag goes under his left leg) and he catches it on the right toe
while the right toe is on the ground. If you notice, the left leg doesn't go back on the ground when he delays the bag-- which makes it a LOT harder (that's rooted: catching the bag on the foot that you use to support yourself).
