Pinching My Meniscus
I went to this Doc recently and described my knee pain to him. He said that when i moved my knee in a certain position the pain I was feeling was my meniscus being pinched by the bones in and around my knee. What have others done to remedy this unfortunate circumstance. Currently, I cannot hit any whirls, barrages, blenders, and sometimes drifters on my 'flip"/bad knee side which is really inhibiting my game. Can anyone help me? Im thinking along the lines of heated compresses before sessions to loosen up the joint?

Out of curiosity, didn't the doctor give you any clues as to how you could alleviate the pain and or prevent it? (Other than the dreaded... stop playing.)
The reason I ask is because I once complained to a doctor about the pain just below my knees and she said that I had to stretch in a certain way, which I started to do religiously and it worked.
