I don't think you need to worry about selling a few 32's, they aren't going to sue you and if they do, you might owe them $13 a bag... or whatever u were charging

This is quite odd situation for footbag culture, I think. But then again, Toes wants his money for the rights (or something), and that should be fair? But teasing individual stitchers is just wrong...no one is trying to make huge profits out of selling a few dozen footbags!

How about other Flying Clipper footbags; wonder if has he patented them?
