Creaky Knee's
Creaky Knee's
I know there is already a topic reguarding this, but I have a more specific question. For players who have experienced popping knees(without pain), does it eventually go away with time, or are there certain things I can do to help the problem?
Thanks

Ive had popping knees w/o pain. i found that it usually happens when Im trying a specific set. To avoid it, i warm up the motion for the set by doing about 30 sets in slow motion so that I can control the movement without my knee popping. I also found that working on a "knee popping" trick when i was already quite warmed up caused much less knee popping than when i started to warm it up cold. Overall, once you refine the motion for a trick, knee popping is likely to decline. That has been my experience.
