Dan!

Don't quit! Everyone gets frustrated. I can't tell you how many bad sessions I've had when I was first starting out, and EVERYONE gets them. Just read the first few pages in my blog. Starting off is for sure the HARDEST part of footbag. I've been playing for 6 or 7 months and I finally feel like I can shred now, so it takes time. If you stick through the beginning months, it will only get easier and easier and funner and funner!

Goodluck! :)

P.S. Try playing with nice music, it definatly relaxes you. And don't try so hard!

^Don't worry Ben, I had an amazing session today. I was real focused, and didn't rush anything, I just relaxed and bagged for about an hour and 40 minutes. Today I mostly did strings of mirages to legovers to butterfly, then to paradox mirage. I didn't get the double legover in there though, but I will soon.
