Tofu

What's the best way to make tofu?

Lately I've used extra firm cut into small blocks and sauteed it in a pan with butter. What's your favorite way to make your tofu?!

I like that method you mentioned, I often add Club House 'Greek Spice' to it, I find that it compliments it well, especially with some soy sauce.

Pengpeng has been showing me a 1000 ways to use tofu that I never knew of before.

The best way to cook tofu is to not cool tofu and eat real food instead.

I like adding tofu to my meatloaf. It makes the meatloaf not dry out and keeps it nice and tender.

Really though, I like my soft hand-wrapped tofu, just steamed, topped with sesame oil, soysauce, and a little wonton soup seasoning and green onions. Simple. Tastes fantastic.
