Dudes, don't get too hasty and excited. These colours have always been on special.

I think I once ordered a color called green mist from field's. It probably isn't the same, but the stuff from field's was very light and soft.

I am uncertain about the color of willow, is yellow or brown, or a alittle bit of both, if so which one shows more?

Willow is a very yellow colour with a slight tinge of green in it. I prefer using it for yellow over tulip as I find it gets holes less easily.

It is also a nice and soft colour.

brycimus wrote:shredzilla it says you live in DC? i live in richmond which is like 2 hours away so i was wondering what fabric store it is that you go to? there'll probably one in my area

thanks
Hey bryce, yeah I live in DC. G Street Fabrics is the place I go to, they have several locations, and if you go to their website, www.gstreetfabrics.com, they are listed. They have one in Centerville and one in Woodbridge at Potomac Mills, which are somewhat closer to Richmond. (PS, would love to kick sometime, hit me up on PM)

Any word on the Black Noir? I personally like midnight so far myself, but I guess I may get both. I'm getting some stuff from Fields cuz my strore just doesn't have some colors like a good orange or mint green. Field's colors really are hard to tell...if only they'd used Peng's camera to take the swatch pics :P

Well, here's what I'm thinking of getting:

Black Noir
Midnight
Green Grape
Green Mist
Cameo
Opal
Rose Quartz
Animal Print
Princess Purple?
Ceramic?
White?
Sandy?
Sable?
Sunny Sienna?

The ones without ? I'm most likely getting, but please comment on the ? ones if you have info. Thizanks.

I think it will depend on the actual bolt the material comes from so this list should be ongoing and apply only to feilds IMO. They are probably all white until they get dyed colors.

I'm pretty sure both that punch and animal prints will work well for footbags, from what I've seen/used - are u starting on 32's dawg?

I've sitched two footbags so far, I'm gonna be ordering facile soon, but the main reason I asked was because I'm ordering a toby bag, and I'm a quality freak, I have voices in my head telling me to choose the best fabric, yeah I need to take some meds...

Edit: and the purtyest too! Atlantis and animal print....

Ahem cough..ahem...well yeah, I could do that, but I wanna verify that storm is a bit thick, I have it on my mosher, but its awesome after break in, so is tea rose, but maybe a little thinner and they both make for choice facile and choice footbags, but great thread vindicator :)

midnight and atlantis are a really strong color combo - I have one those colors I've been playing w/ for 4 months and there's no signs of wear of holes.
