Jon either it's the way the pics were taken or I'm not mistaken or fooled by a camera angle trick and your legs are just like huge

But it's funny that footbagger legs are all somehow similar...of course it's quite logical because everyone is doing the same movements and training the same parts of their legs...still funny

...See someone with short pants in summer and you can tell by looking at his / her legs whether (s)he is a footbag player or not

(or faster of course by his / her shoes

)

my legs have gotten way buff since i started playing footbag. I've been playing for 7-8 months now.. beforehand i didn't have any definition at all.. now they're getting very noticeably stronger and more defined.

Does anyone have huge muscles bulges kinda at their hips?

First one is when I stick my leg straight out. Second one is when I do a toe stall motion.

Man, we are wierd. Hehe.

Anyone else have this cancerous looking lump on their hip?

Sometimes when I look at my calves in the right angle I think they've gained muscle.
Sometimes I see a pic that tells the truth:

Okay that was in December so the situation could've changed already. I think I'll go take some pics.

Mom said once that my inner-thigh muscles, just above the knees, would look like somehow "over-developed" compared to the outer-thigh muscles.

i think all footbag players have small legs but how hard ?? we dont lift 800 pounds ten times in a row but we can jump during 3 hours .... thats the perfect way to work them

defined + hard + small = best looking legs IMO

On the topic my leg muscles seem to develop in the past 2 month's.And i will agree with Julien footbag is the best exercise for your leg's

Yea im pretty sure ill get a chance too

and yeah when good weather comes we will train more together.We do shred sometimes at her place

and ummm we know each other since autumn so i know her pretty well but still there is alot to find out
