just got my 4th package from ultrasuede. this one is my elite ultrasuede swatches.

it has

elite:

graphite(gray)
some blue (lapis i think)
tobbacco (brown)
and black

im gonna make a few bags from these and see if elite is better or worse than ultrasuede light. probly is worse, but we'll see.

oh, and if you guys didnt know, elite is just supposed to be near indestructable as far as fabrics are concerned.
its kinda fray-ish but thats not a problem if you cut your panels with something sharp. and it needs to be sharp, otherwise, it dosent cut worth a shit. it feels alittle thicker than normal ultra.... but im makeing a few testers, and we'll see who gets what.

Got a new batch of facile from field's last week.

-Colonial Red is excellent. Great thickness and really soft
-Cameo. A good tan color, good thickness and soft

I think those are the only two that weren't mentioned somewhere in the thread.

If there's a way that I can get the little ones off the board then I can use them, but if not I only got 5 little "scraps" that I can use. How will I be able to get the bigger swatches like what gdawg got?

so I should order the individual colors? or the swatches? By the sound of what your saying is that I need to order the swatches, right?

Hm, im still awaiting my Toray samples, I only ordered them a month ago
Bordeaux is a nice color, good thickness and soft.
I havnt had any problems with ocelot yet. It is a print and a little thin, I havnt had any holes though, yet. So i dont think im going to judge it.

Opal is a good color to use for a very lightish pink. Nice and soft. However, when it gets dirty, it doesn't look very appealing. I'm thinking of getting some Rose Quartz.

Also, has anyone tried Amatista? I'm looking at the colors from the Ultrasuede site, and noticed that that might be a good looking purple.

I just got everything I requested from Toray. Everything looks nice, the Elite looks and feels so damn soft! Here's the pic:
