been awhile . . . AGAIN
Played for almost an hour tonight. Felt good. My legs don't seem to be out of it all from my abcense. Speaking of my time off... I'm not really sure why it happened. I guess I've had alot of little things going on in my life. For one thing, The Oilers have made the finals. That means every other night I'm glued to the TV for three hours. Also, I recently starting dating a girl. She's the only girl I've ever really liked and I can't get over the HAPPY feeling. It's incredible. I just recently realized that I could make that feeling I carry all day better by adding footbag to it.
My first session back proved that I was right!

fairy set

fairy op butterfly (Fairywalk??) BS!!

fear (fairy mirage) strong side only

fairy ss whirl strong side only
This was my first time hitting fairy set. It was cool. A few times it felt really nice and straight up, but more often it seems like it would go more to the outside and I would have to either turn, or jump sideways to hit something out of it. Any tips?
Learning a new set was one of my Summer '06 Footbag Resolutions. I kinda figured it would be stepping though. And in a way I wanted it to be setting so I could hit something out of a clipper instead of just paradox mirage. I wanna hit some double dexes outta clipper. It was with this in mind that I decided to try stepping. It wasn't really there so I didn't push it. I just loved the feeling of hitting a new set. It's awesome.
I also spent some time looking at Pixie legover>smear rpt Even though pixie legover was my first double dex trick, it seems to be my weakest (of what I consider I can hit) now. I seem to drop it everytime. I kinda neglected it alot when I was working on hitting other pixie moves and I think I need to spend some serious time on it again. I didn't get much of a chance to see how a longer delay would work, because I rarely had the bag on my foot after the attempted pixie legover. Hopefully that tip will come in handy sometime.
edit: I'm an egyptian footgod! 1001 useless posts!
