softness, durability, and ease of breakin, and overall playability.

colors have to be cool, like i dont really like brown footbags. but i enjoy green and bright colored footbags. so... attractive colors matter as well.

ps. i just orderd batch 5 from toray. python, opal, zebra, s. zebra, amista and colonial red.

amista and colonial red will be a soft squishy bag for sure... colonial red rocks...

I'm putting in an order later tonight, and i'm getting some colors i've never tried before - does anyone know which animal prints are ideal for footbags?

also, how are Dark Jade and Punch?

HAHA Omg. I just talked with a sales lady from Ultrasuede after recieving my samples, and I requested a few more because I'm actually genuinely interested. So she's sending me like 7 more or something. Then she's like "Well, if you wanted to order from us the minimum orders are wholesale, like 5 yards at a time." That's like 200 bucks worth!!

Of one color!

Hahah so yeah, I won't be ordering from them directly. But at least I got some more countrai creem!

snacker, i hear (and agree) animal prints are weak, and get holes super quick. daark jade is supposed to be good.. and i cant rememer punch....

weak. 200$ for one color.... no thanks...

ill stick with my 5$ 1/8 yards for ever....

Dark Jade is an EXCELLENT color Josh. Its really really soft and the perfect thickness

Punch is pretty good too, like Rose Quartz. Maybe a bit thicker since it's a pretty bright color.

Dark Jade is excellent! I just made a moneybag out of one, with Green Grape.

It seems to me that storm is a good color, not minding the thickness.
Navy is weird. It kinda wants to 'pop' out and in when massaging, and im guessing during play. It might be that its not fully broken in yet.
Heather, is pretty soft, but a little thick.
Bordeaux is still one of the softest, most flexable colors ive made a bag out of. And a pretty color too.

Midnight and Storm are good.
Ive heard that Dark Jade and Colonial Red are real good colors, but I havn't stitched with them.
and for Willow--

someone i think waylon was gonna use colonial red and amista... welll... i did it, and

the bag is F*ing amazing. those colors rock so hard together, i didnt even finger roll it or kick it, and it passes the push in- reinflate thin. every time.

Nice! I know for a fact that Colonial Red is a great color, but the feedback for Amatista is a major plus. Now if it's only possible to get some Amatista in less than *5 yard* increments.

Royal blue is very vibrant and supple. It very quickly became my favourite colour to work with.

Ok so I'm about to order 4 1/8's from fields for the first time

What colours should I get? Im just gonna put it out there. I was gonna start a new thread but it would have been pointless...

Also the colours have to look good together BUT I'm not just going to be stiching the standard football patten.........
