Thanks Aleksei.

I got 3 that I'm gonna try:
1) 4 > 4 > 3
2) 4 > 4 > 4
3) 4 > 4 > 3

I'm thinking about kicking later on tonight. Hopefull I'll be able to get all three on vid!

I've haven't been kicking all that much. My knee has been bothering me now . I did do some light kicking today, no tricks. The knee felt ok, some slight pain here and there but for the most part it felt good through out. On Wed. I got two sick 3's recorded for the comp. I've thought about another one, I might try if I get the chance!

It's been awhile, so I've decided to update.

Fri. July 28th.

Had a get together with part of the Unity Crew. Mike, Nate and Conrad were there. Lucas (ianmia) was also able to make it. It was a fun day. My first shred in over a week.

Mike was hitting a lot of tiltless runs early. He had a good day. He got a really good pdx dlo, and a couple of good bubbabeaters, to bad his flip side was giving him problems tho.

Conrad was hitting a lot of pixie combos early. He really started to drill sailing about a 3rd way through the session. He got sailing legover and I believe sailing op butter. He was really kool watching that!

Nate doesn't practice much but He's still so damn good. He was hitting a lot of spinning type stuff all throughout the session until He left. I hit a couple of dyno's and after that he kept trying them. He was trying to get dyno > spinning something, but He was never able to get a decent set off of dyno.

Lucas is still pretty new to the sport but He has good control with his kicks, and alternating toe stalls. He was hitting some mirages and legovers at the session. Somewhere in the middle we started to help him with getting clippers, and we kept reminding him he had two feet  Lucas is also a good stitcher. We had a trade and I'm very impressed with his stitching ability!

I had an ok session. I was hitting some decent strings and what not. I was able to really shred for the first couple of hours, but towards the end I was in pain. Around halfway through I decided to do sick 3's. I did about 5 maybe 6 runs for doing sick 3's. I was taking requests for sick 3's, one of them was torque > far dyno > far rev whirl. Never happened, but I did hit torque > far rev whirl > dyno twice 8) . Afterwards I took a couple of rests, got up did some osii and infinity runs then took another break. After the last break I only did toe moves, ie: mirages, legovers, pdx mirage, clip set mirage and tapping, did pretty good. It was like I got my second wind, but I was still in pain. I had a couple of decent runs, I think my max for the toe runs was like 9 or 10. Pretty good seeing as I don't have much of a toe game

Mon. July 31st.

I started a biking schedule. I'm gonna start riding again for I can keep my legs up to par while I take a break from footbag to let my legs heal. I'm gonna ride 1 mile this week, then I'm gonna either add-on a 1/2 mile each week or another mile. Don't know yet. The ride felt really good! When I got home my legs felt great, no major pain but my right leg I could feel was a little tight, but thats ok. I kicked a little afterwards, but all I did was work on my pixie sets. I had a couple of good sets, but I wasn't trying anything out of them.

Tue. Aug 1st.

My bike ride today was 1.5 miles just because I had to go down to Wal-Mart to get some groceries. The ride down felt good, pretty easy. No pain so thats a good thing. I locked up my bike then walked down to Lowe's to get some silicone for my new climas that should be coming in soon! The ride back wasn't that great. Most of the time I was riding into a head wind, so when I got back home my legs were burning and in some pain  . I sat down at the computer and checked my email, then watched some SWAT Kats (Good old cartoon about a couple of renegade pilots). After I did that I kicked some, I know I should let my legs heal, worked on pixie and, for some reason, fairies. Had some decent sets with pixie, I was able to hit smear again so it was good. I also hit pixie pickup. Fairy is a weird set! I was able to get a couple of good sets, but I couldn't hit anything from them :x . I did hit towards the end fairy pickup, I was impressed! I also got a pedelum set, that went straight up from release instead of going over my shoulder, osis. I was like 8O .

Well, with what I've done today I've decided to put kicking to the side and just ride my bike. No more kicking, but I will still stitch. My latest bag is looking good, and I've done a different pattern on it. Fortunately I haven't seen this pattern, but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist! I'll give one hint: It's kinda like the "blur" pattern.

Well, my bike route is going good. It was nice and kool out today with a slight breeze.

I did some more kicking today. I know I shouldn't but I'm finally getting decent pixie and fairy sets, so I feel like if I take a break now I'll lose them

Highlights:
Magellen
Smear
Dimwalk
Parkwalk
Negellam
fairy op butter aka fairy beater
fairy ss butter aka Park Ave

That's all, I'll probably take tomorrow off seeing as we (father and I) are gonna be having company over later in the day and I'll have some chores to do before they (father and his coworker) get here.

I haven't really kicked since last fri. with part of the Unity Crew. I'll probably start kicking again on monday. I got a new bag done today:
Image

Hopefully it will be going to a good home in the near future, probably someone up in Canada!

On Sun. I won a new pair of clima's, not 1's but 3's. I decided to try them since I saw PengPeng's on the post your shoe thread. I can't wait to get them, hopefully they will be getting here soon. I also got me a pocket digi scale on its way aswell. Once it gets here I won't have to use this cheap spring scale I got from Target.

I haven't been shredding much, I had a little session on fri. then I had another today. I've been drilling my pixie's and fairie's after my bike ride in the morning. My pixie's are looking better, and my fairies are even better than my pixie's. I footed fear, fairy beater and park avenue today, it was kool. I was challenged to hit 2 differen't sick 3's today, tapdown > ducking pdx mirage > legbeater, can't do because I can't atomic out of anything yet. The other was, tapdown > ripwalk > pdx torque, I hit it once, and had 3 other really good looks at it. So today wasn't a loss, new move pdx torque.

Well I had a little session today. About 30 min all together. It was a tired shred, I found out that I have no ENDURANCE!!! But that's ok, seeing as I haven't really kicked in awhile.

Highlights (If any!):
Fear > butterfly > osis > osis > rip, finally sealed fear I will try it again 2morrow!
mirage > tap > butter > rip
smear > butter > rip
butter > infinity > osis > duck clip > duck clip
ducking osis > ducking osis 3x
osis > far osis 3x > op osis > far osis 3x, rpt 2x
weaving clip > weaving clip, rpt 3x
diving clip > diving clip, rpt 3x

That's it, fri I'm getting together with some of the Unity Club to kick. If anything we might be going down to Tucson to get in one last kick with Ken S. before he leaves us

what you do is...
1st: set and do the duck
2nd: a slight turn to the side of which your going to osis
3rd: catch the osis and toss it back up again!

I'll see if I can get some footy of me hitting this 2morrow and post it for ya!

Alright, I had a little session today and I decided to record it!

Spaz, loos for the ducking osis, there's quite a few of them in there!

I still don't have any endurance but if I keep playing 2 maybe 3 times a week, in garage, I should get it back.

I sealed 2 moves today, park ave. (once) and fairy beater (every time I tried it) Also making it's apparence is GYBAS, 1st try mid-run 8) . I wasn't even really working dyno's today and was amazed when I did it! I also sealed alpine legbeater 8O with ripwalk and GYBAS in the seal.

http://www.footbag.org/gallery/show/9619

It's like 2 min and 20 secs long.

Song is Static-X, Destroy All (Only song I found that was close to the same length as the vid)

no prob, it's one of my fav tricks. You don't have to start with osis, you can start from clippper as well.

Alright, friday had a great 'farewell' shred with/for Ken S. It was GREAT! He really appreciated us, Mike Juass, Conrad Rustad and myself, for driving all the way down to Tucson. Ken had "found" this half abandoned mall, that had like 5 stores total, that had a great spot that was the "food court." It had a circle that was suppose to be surrounded by resturants, but that never happened!

Ken and I started warming up first while Conrad and Mike searched for a restroom. It took me a little while to fully warm-up because of the drive there. Ken took, I think, a whole 5 min. to warm-up then he was hitting guiltess.

Mike took awhile to warm-up, but once he did he was hitting some good runs. He got 20+ infinities in one run, he had some good dyno's and dlo's. He's been working on his stepping ss clipper and sidewalk, and it show's. Conrad, the pixie king, was hitting phoenix's and a couple of hi drill's; magellen > smear > dimwalk > stepping ss lo > rpt, and a couple of others.

I was playing ok, hit a couple of good runs, I really liked the one Ken posted in his blog; ps rev whirl > dyno > blurry rev whirl. I also got some good tips on getting better fairy and atomic sets :D . I also got 48 min of footage, while we were at the mall 8O .

After about an hour a security guard told us that we couldn't have our music playing AND we couldn't be kicking a "ball" around. So, Ken went and tried to talk the guard to let us stay for awhile longer, He said no and called his supervisor. Ken showed him a footbag and told him that we would be quiet, but he said rules are rules blah, blah, blah.

After we left, we went looking for another place to shred, had lots of light out, and it was pretty nice out, and we found a rec center. Went in to see who could use it and what it would cost, they told us the best answer; $1 dollar a person, and we got a basketball for the little price of Ken's ID :) .

We warmed up playing a little b-ball. After Conrad hit an amazing 3 from probably a little over half-court we all decided to start kicking again. Ken was hitting some impressive runs one was; datw i-o > dso > datw i-o > dso. It was fun watching that! Mike was doing a lot better and so was Conrad. Conrad hit Matador for the first time on his 3rd try 8O . We all played well in the gym.

Highlights:
far osis > rip > far osis > rip
dyno > GYBAS
fairy beater > stepping ss mirage > dimwalk > ripwalk

All in all, we had alot of fun. One time Ken went on break to shoot some hoops, when he came back he still had the ball and busted a little guiltless run. During this run I say "When you drop you should shoot a three." So when he dropped, he turned around, shot, and *swish* it goes in 8O :D . That was great!

When we finished, Ken said he knew a really, reallly good pizza place was. So we went and surprisingly(sp?) we didn't get lost (yes Ken, I still remember what happened earlier!)! Let me tell you, that was some great pizza, and huge! Then we left and before we knew it, we were saying goodbye to Ken at his house.

Ken, when you get back to Az in december we are going to have another shred just like the one we just had!

I haven't kicked since the farewell shred, but after I post this get the tripod out and setup the dv camera I will. Here's part 1 of the farewell shred; http://fizzied.phasing.org/Farewell%20S ... t.%201.wmv . This is raw shred, I didn't add any music. There's so much shred in the 48 min's that I couldn't just get rid of some and make one vid. There will be more!

Part 2; http://fizzied.phasing.org/Farewell%20S ... t.%202.wmv

Well, I kicked a little today. I was trying to hit a new sick 3 for the online comp. Never happened! I still got awhile to do a new one :D

Highlights:
fear > mirage > fear > mirage drop
dyno > gybas, feeling a lot easier
footed, gybas > gybas
ducking butter > ducking butter, starting on strong side
duck butter > duck butter, starting on flip
spinning ducking clip
spinning weaving osis, I'll get this on vid to show everyone!
fairy ss dyno, this is a fun move!
almost got, fear > smear and smear > fear
fear > mirage > smear
fear > mirage > dimwalk > far lo > dimwalk
almost able to duck a couple of my fairy sets! 8O

That's it. I was drenched after I got done, boy it's hot in my house!

Kicked a little today.

Highlights:
fear > smear; crispy, I'm gonna have to tighten up my pixie's
smear > fear; I caught the bag between my feet and pushed it up to my toe to get fear.
fear > dimwalk > osis > infinity > ripwalk
fairy ss dyno > gybas > infinty
twirl
4 really close attempts at ripped warrior
2 really close attempts at haze
came really close to hitting fairy op dyno

I think I'm not gonna kick until I get together with half of the Unity Crew, hopefully this friday.

School starts up on Mon. I'm glad to start because I was getting bored here at home. Now I have to look for a job seeing as I wasn't able to get my job back at the school's library!

School has officially started :(

By the end of today I will have been to all of my classes except one, which doesn't start till mon. So far it seems to be ok, I guess it's always like that the first week or two.

Arizona has gotten RAIN! Last night and then again mid-morning today. Last night it down-poured for probably a good 25-30 min's. Then today it was raining from about 7:30 to 10:30ish. When I get home (at school  ) I will post a couple of the pics I took, I got a good one with part of a lightning bolt in it 8O .

I haven't kicked since sun, I was about to yesterday but didn't. The other day I asked Johnny Suderman about tying off on his footbags, and got some good info. I am now 4 pents through a bag that will most likely be going to Mosher in a trade. I;m not even half-way through with this bag and I love it! Probably my best stitched bag since my asphault, navy and whit bag awhile back. This bag will be my best bag to date, and two of my older bags that I kicked were really good, they set well and the stuck to my shoes.

The other day I thought of my dream combo:
rip > rip > b. whirl > b. whirl > b. rev whirl > b. rev whirl > rip > gybas > food > rip > gybas > food > rip > whirly gig > whirly gig > rip > ripped > ripped > rip > blurry barfly > blurry barfly

Here it is in add's:
4 > 4 > 5 > 5 > 5 > 5 > 4 > 5 > 6 > 4 > 5 > 6 > 4 > 6 > 6 > 4 > 5 > 5 > 4 > 5 (I believe) > 5 (I believe)

I don't know how I thought this, but when I started to really think about it I thought it would be a really SICK run.

Later.
