Your knee kills anything?!

I say put it in jail. This thread isn't meant for to ask for help with an injury. That's for the Health and Injuries subforum.

PS Use search first.

You can add me on there  Today I found out that I might've pull a muscle around my ankle/lower calf area. Bye Bye footbag, for a week or two!

My leg is as good as new. I can SHRED again!

That's frightening, Dat! Please go get yourself checked out (if you haven't already).

Seriously, I'd be a little bit devastated.

Woah weird. I didn't know the achilles really ever got over-worked. Don't feel too bad-- I have patellar tendonitis (and have for the last month or so). We can be tendonitis buddies, Chris! BFF!

My right hip and lower left back feel a bit tight lately. Too many Neo sets. :P

Ever since I tweaked my right ankle in Jersey Spike (Memorial weekend), footbag hasn't felt "complete" to me for some reason - even after recovery. A good time to work on flipside, no?

Taking around 5 days or so off because of severe shin splints. In one part of my right shin, it's very painful to put pressure on. Hopefully I'll heal up for Funtastiks.

Stepped on a pair of scissors which stabbed into my foot. Bled all over the place. Upon closer inspection, it's not too severe. Crossing my fingers it'll heal sufficiently by Kickass.
