My right hip and lower left back feel a bit tight lately. Too many Neo sets. 
Ever since I tweaked my right ankle in Jersey Spike (Memorial weekend), footbag hasn't felt "complete" to me for some reason - even after recovery. A good time to work on flipside, no?
