Did anyone actually pay 100 bones for a friggen footbag? I mean, come on. Is this like pre-footfighters and other shred ready bags? Why so expensive? Material? What kind of material and how much is it per yard? Is the filler moon rocks?

I don't think the price would be 100 dollars. The style of bag has changed. This was before metal filler. I am looking for better fabrics right now. There will be a Nucleus, after I find the the right materials. Let me know if you have any input. Thanks, Richard Abshire

input: instead of stitching the panels, use zippers around every pents that way we can just unzip to replace a busted panel or to replace filler etc..

i had that idea a while back. it would rock.

wouldn't you still have to sew the fabric to the zipper? what if the stitch between the fabric and the zippers broke? seems like unneccesary extra work to me.

I think what is being referenced is the $60 abshire bag with the Tungsten filler and whatever. I think I met someone named Philip awhile back that had 1-2 of these. They were very small (about the size of earlier Peng bags, if not smaller) and very heavy, like above 50 grams and such. I remember they were tightly stitched too, since the the panels were pretty puffy. Also, I think I felt a broken in one, and it felt pretty dreamy.

Pretty cool bags imo. I'm sure Richie is preparing himself to better the quality and performance of these bags right at this moment.
