I don't think today could have been any better. Ankle feels fine, though it's slightly swollen after shredding a lot, it doesn't hurt at all though.
I was able to shred with Daivd Wilder today, awesome guy. I was able to help him with some set height for Toe Ducking and a few other things too. And he helped me with my timing for Toe Ducking Mirages. It was great to finally be able to talk Footbag with someone and have them know what you are talking about too. I had fun. Looking forward to the next time.
I hit a BUNCH of shit too. My Spinning was pretty good today. Dyno's not so much but oh well. Did about 2 hours with David and Brandon, he's new to Footbag, and then about a little over an hour at the gym followed by weight training. Today was basically a huge release of energy for me.
Before I get into highlights, I just want to give a little info about Brandon. He's a Freshman, very enthusiastic(almost too enthusiastic sometimes

), and built fairly similar to Mike Anello. He's only been really playing for about a week or two. BUt today he did really well. It turns out my old worn out Lavers fit him as well so he didn't have to use his really cushiony shoes with bad surfaces. He managed a couple of Toe Stalls on both feet and managed 17 consecutive kicks using both feet by the end of our session. He did very well just in that small amount of time.
Ok Highlights now:
Session with David and Brandon

Whirl>Torque (Though the Torque was kind of choppy and forced.)

One particularly long run with a decent amount of variety. I was pretty excited about that, though I forgot everything I hit during it heh.

I hit a couple of Illusions and Paradox Mirages mid-run with really thinking which was pretty cool.

Butterfly>Whirl>Infinty>Whirl drill for the second time ever.
Solo Session Afterwards

Lot's of Flip Whirls, absolutely no stress at all on my ankle. These felt very good today.

Flip Paradox Whirl. These are surprisingly easier than my Strong Paradox Whirls. And again there was no stress on my ankle. Woot!

Spinning Clipper BSOS.

Footed Flip Toe Ducking Butterfly.

Toe Ducking Butterfly>Spinning Mirage. <--- This felt awesome.

Practiced my Atomic Set. My set is getting higher which is good.
I got about 6 compliments at the Gym. Kick ass.
Props if you read all of that!
