I'm not so sure how I feel about the raw egg yolk

Anyways, if you're looking for tasty raw food ideas, tofu666 does "Raw Food Wednesdays" and almost always has something that looks quite delicious. Check it out at http://veganmenu.blogspot.com/

LOL ^

I dunno how much I weigh today, but I had a decent session yesterday

I hit legover > clipper > clipper set mirage both sides

and I hit ss butterfly at least 5 times both sides

but these fucking shin splints :(

I'm not going to play footbag for a week or so. I just started doing 50 calf ups and as many toe taps as I can in 20 seconds 5X 3 times a day.

Confusing; probably, but I bet it will work.

Maybe I'll do what runners do, increase how long I play footbag by 10% or less every week. Maybe I'll start out at 10 minutes just to be safe :x I want to keep playing footbag, but it hurts....bah

I know, but I'd rather start really slow and never get shin splints again....if it doesn't work and I'm just wasting my time even more I'll be angered so greatly that I will have to sacrifice one of my footbags!

I got shin splints right after I started seriously playing footbag, Steve suggested I take it easy for a week so I did. After a week or so they went away and never came back ever again :D

FUCK! Just a few days ago it was real nice out, now its raining and snowing. WTF! I filled one of my footbags to 150 grams of lead. I don't know why. I'm not going to school today, its too wet, screw it.

Shin splints are getting BETTER omg the toe taps are working. :)

when you loose all that weight your legs will probably be just as strong as before, thats if you exersise them. Thats a + to the diet. Super human strength

Zac Miley is writing a first impression review (I had a small session).

Look (5/5):

This bag looks awesome, the stitching is superb and it looks like no other bag I own (aside from having red on it).

Playability (3/5):

It didn't play so well, mostly because it is quite large. Bigger than a golf ball, probably 1.5x the size of my Clavens bag (which is still becoming holy Sad). The bag seems a bit light for my tastes, I might add a few bits of shot in it. It has the perfect ratio though, Probably a little less than half full. It stalls surprisingly well for not being broken in at all.

Stitching (5/5):

There's nothing to really say about this. You've seen the picture of the bags this guy makes, they look amazing. Especially for 4-stitch bags, which normally look like crap. It has literally no mistakes that I could find, the bleed holes all seem the same size. Gather is consistent, PACHOW.

Overall (13/15):

My overall impression of the bag was that I need a shrink ray. The bag is big, too big for me. I know it will break in well though, and it is already quite soft. I'll give it a wash tonight and then tomorrow we'll see how well it has broken in. It stalled fairly well, but my clavens bag is better (that's unfair though, it's perfectly broken in).

I would definitely suggest buying one of his bags, if he shrinks them a little bit. I don't think anyone likes their bags this big.

Thanks for the tester Andrew!

Thats right Chris. If I can do DATW at 50 lbs overweight, think about when I lose it. I'll be fast as lightning.

FUCK. My depression = terrible now. I'm at the point where I might do bad things, real bad things. I stopped taking my lexapro because it made me fall asleep in the middle of the day. :x

Oh, and my shin splints are getting better :) Toe taps are like magic.

i think footbag fights depression. It gets your mind off what you hate and focus's on what you love(at least for me).

No, its not the depression...I'm too fat for footbag as of now. I need to lose at least 30 lbs before I start to play again. Fuck stitching too. No CowSacks for a long time.
